Lockdown Edition: AI-nimals
together with maximilian prag, maris nisu and pauline louise noémi jocher angewandte festival 2020 found its look.
with an AI we created a very wide range of cute and weird creatures that became the face of angewandte festival 2020, because this festival took place during miss rona it made even more sense that this was a purely digital approach.

this monospace type is built out of one single shape, the quarter of a circle. it’s a 2×2 grid and the one and only rule (to make this challenge a bit more realistic) was to change the height/width from 1:1 to 1:2/2:1.
